Additional requests outside the original scope may result in extra charges. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

Ownership & Liability

Final deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment, while we retain the right to display completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes. Any third-party tools, assets, or services used remain subject to their own terms and licenses. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business outcomes resulting from the use of our services. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of these terms.
